GTA V's Radio Stations, Ranked
Eighteen radio stations and the West Coast Talk Radio / Blaine County Radio talk programs — every Grand Theft Auto V station ranked.

GTA V launched in 2013 with 18 radio stations and approximately 240 licensed tracks — the largest licensed audio catalog in any GTA up to that point. The catalog spans rock, hip-hop, R&B, electronic, latin, country, Spanish-language, and two talk-radio stations. Below is the editorial ranking.
1. Los Santos Rock Radio (classic rock)
Hosted by Kenny Loggins as himself. Toto, The Eagles, Phil Collins, Bob Seger, Foghat, Wang Chung, Eddie Money. The driving station — most-played and best-curated for the freeway runs from LS to Blaine County. Kenny Loggins's hosted segments are uncannily mellow.
2. Blaine County Radio (country / talk)
Multiple hosts — including in-character cowboy DJ. Country and rural-rock programming, plus extensive call-in segments that satirise rural California. Blaine County Radio is as much a talk-radio station as a music station and is the most-talk-heavy music station in GTA V.
3. Channel X (alternative rock)
Hosted by Keith Morris (Black Flag, Circle Jerks). Punk, hardcore, alt-rock. The station for high-tension driving — V's most-aggressive sonic palette.
4. The Lab (hip-hop / electronic / experimental)
Hosted by The Alchemist and Oh No. Experimental hip-hop, drone, electronic — the weirdest station in GTA V's catalog and the most-curated. The Alchemist's deep cuts are widely cited as one of the strongest hip-hop curations in any video game.
5. Radio Mirror Park (indie / pop)
Hosted by Twin Shadow. Indie-rock and synth-pop. The hipster station, in-character coding.
6. Vinewood Boulevard Radio (country-rock)
Hosted by Stephen Pope and Nikolai Marinov. Country-rock, Americana, surf-rock. The fun-driving station for the Vinewood Hills.
7. East Los FM (latin / banda)
Hosted by Camilo Lara and Don Cheto. Spanish-language banda, latin pop, Mexican rock. The driving station for East Los Santos and Sandy Shores.
8. Soulwax FM (electronic)
Hosted by Soulwax in their real name. House, techno, dance music. Less stylistically diverse than the music supervisors might prefer, but reliable for nightclub-driving.
9. The Lowdown 91.1 (R&B / soul)
Hosted by Pam Grier as herself. Old-school R&B, soul, funk. Grier's hosted segments are dignified, era-appropriate, and bring genuine star power.
