Asuka has Claude run a payment to her bent cop, Ray Machowski. Answer phone booths around Staunton Island in order until Ray's drop point is revealed.
Asuka uncovers an undercover cop posing as a Yakuza informant. Claude hunts Tanner through Staunton's traffic, runs his car off the road, and finishes him.
A Yakuza Kanbu has been arrested. Claude commandeers a police car, intercepts the prison transport on Staunton Island, and breaks the Kanbu out of the back.
Kenji owes a debt and the payment is six specific cars. Claude drives Kenji's wishlist back to a Newport lockup before the timer runs down on each delivery.
Kenji Kasen has Claude steal a Yardie Lobo, gatecrash a Cartel/Yardie SPANK deal, and frame the Yardies for the slaughter — sparking a war between rivals.
Kenji needs his protection rounds collected. Claude visits each shopkeeper across Staunton, beats off rival Yardie collectors, and brings the Yakuza take home.

The earlier harbor packages were fakes. Donald has Claude follow a real Cartel cargo plane to Francis International, kill its guards, and recover the genuine briefcase.

A Cartel SPANK plane is making its drop run over Liberty City. Asuka hands Claude a surface-to-air missile launcher and tells him to bring it down before delivery.
